“I have been a client of Anne Duncan’s for a number of years, renting a property on 6 monthly periods. I have found the procedures very efficient, and prompt, and the lease contracts ,and supporting papers, well drawn up and presented in good order.  The regular flat inspections have been thorough and the report presented to me shortly after inspections.  Also, any minor problems in the flat have been promptly attended to without question. Recently, the flat underwent the changing of the windows to double-glazing units to assist in reducing energy costs. In all, I have been well satisfied with the service provided by Anne Duncan.”

Yours sincerely,

R.I.J.Naylor, Edinburgh
